![]() ![]() That's a valid point, but it has its counter argument that with modding you can turn a game that's somewhat fun for you but not that great into something that you actually lose yourself into. 引用自 Momaw Nadon:I feel if I were to buy a game that I had to heavily mod just to enjoy, I shouldn't have bought the game in the first place, as the base game clearly doesn't hold my interest. The game is perfect for you, so no need to change stuff? ![]() You simply don't know that you can change (part of) Factorio? Mods disable achievements, and you still want those or are worried it will interfere with other maps you're doing achievements in? ![]() Don't wanna go test mods to see if it's what you really want? So, just out of curiosity: Why don't you do mods? I'm not into heavily altered gamemodes, or completely changing how the game works. I do, however, almost always only use mods that slightly alter games. There are some games I play with friends where we use mods or custom maps to slightly alter the game in ways we all agree in. For me, it's mostly about changing the game to better suit my needs, make it more interesting, and being able to enjoy games for longer after finishing the main campaign. I have many game that I use (some) mods for, and custom maps too if they have them. ![]() Please do not take this as a rant that you have to install mods: if you want to or not is completely up to you. Simple question: Why do you not want to install or use custom mods? ![]()
